By using Mocking Bird, you agree to use the app responsibly, follow applicable law, and only use images or content you have the right to use.

Your Content

You are responsible for photos, prompts, captions, replies, and memes you create or share. Do not use the app to create unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, explicit, or infringing content.

AI Output

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable. Review generated content before saving or sharing it. The app may block or refuse certain requests for safety reasons.

Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply when their services process content.

Apple

These terms are between you and Nolimit Labs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, support, claims, or third-party disputes, except as required by applicable App Store rules.
